How Democrats are blocking Progressives and what to do about it

Clearing the FOG By Margaret Flowers and Kevin Zeese February 18, 2019 Progressives have been trying in earnest to make the Democratic Party move to the left and adopt their agenda since Senator Bernie Sanders started running for president in 2015. Like the many who have tried before them, they have failed. We speak with Nick Brana, the former national political outreach director for the Sanders campaign and a co-founder of Our Revolution who was on the inside of that effort, about what happened when they tried, where the party is now and what he sees as a path forward…

A Debate for Auditor: What the Papers Wouldn’t Say

By Don Fitz October 25, 2018 Why does the Green Party elect so few people in the US while similar parties have elected representatives across the globe? Houston will be years in recovery and we can only hope that the numbers of people who died in the floods remains fairly small. But I am also thinking about how the ruling class in Houston brought this disaster to their city. And what needs to happen if the proper lessons will be learned. Some folks say wait until the disaster relief is over, But I think it important to call out the culprits…
