Red-Green Alliance?

Medium Keith Brumley July 2, 2018 In November of 2016, like many others, I joined the Democratic Socialists of America  in response to the election of Donald Trump. I was at the first organizing meeting of the Milwaukee, WI chapter. I am an active member of the chapter and have found a “home” politically with DSA. The Bernie Sanders campaign will NOT bring about any fundamental change, and represents a tragic diversion of social justice energies into the Democratic Party, a place where progressive movements go to die. Hedges also has some very sharp words about the current state of my Green Party, saying it is “crippled by endemic factionalism and dysfunction”. While I think Hedges’ latter comments are inaccurate and hyperbolic, he is correct in suggesting that the Green Party…

Revolutionary Greens Socialism – Adelante! Compañeros, Some post election/circus/media spectacle thoughts: Steady as she goes. The veil is off. That is all… “Trumpismo” was just not supposed to be directly executed by Trump, in our faces. It was supposed to be much more subtly executed by Hillary…sotto voce Nothing has changed for us and our Bottom and to the Left party building directives. Either way, the gloves were going to have to come off and we were going to have to finally learn how to swing against Empire for real, no matter what. We will continue to do our revolutionary duty…
